Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About severe bacteria pneumonia / lower rti
A lower respiratory tract infection (LRTI) is an infection affecting the airways, either the upper tract (nose, throat, sinuses) or the lower tract (lungs and bronchi). It is commonly caused by viruses or bacteria and may present with symptoms such as cough, fever, sore throat, runny nose, chest pain, or breathing difficulty depending on the site. Mild RTIs like the common cold usually resolve on their own, while more severe ones like pneumonia or bronchitis can lead to complications if untreated. With early care and proper management, most patients recover fully.

Background
Claudia is 9 years old. The last among 7 children, she is in primary 6 in a government primary school in their small community. She wishes to be a medical doctor when she grows up. She stays with her parents in 3 rooms apartment with a toilet separately. The mother is a housewife, sometimes getting food to eat becomes difficult as they are always struggling to eat. She started having difficulties with her breath. Some cough syrup was given to her at home but nothing changed in her condition, the parents don't have money to take her to the hospital. I met them on the street and asked them questions, seeing that they were poor, as a volunteer I asked them to visit WholeCare to be taken care of by Helpster Charity. Upon evaluation and presentation, she was diagnosed with Lower respiratory tract infections (LRTIs) or Severe Pneumonia due to the severe difficulty to breath of two days, fever, and cough.
Medical history
Claudia is a girl of 9 years that was referred to WholeCare hospital and admitted for 7 days. She was having serious difficulties with breathing. She was evaluated and diagnosed with respiratory tract infections. Drugs were prescribed and served accordingly and she was being closely observed to see if there's any reactions. No reactions, she's doing well with the medications. Claudia did well on the treatment given and was discharged after 7 days, she was given some orals to take home while arrangements for follow-up was set.
Prognosis
The prognosis of respiratory tract infections (RTIs) is generally good, especially in mild cases such as colds or sore throats, which usually resolve without complications. More serious RTIs like pneumonia or bronchitis also have favorable outcomes when treated early with appropriate medications and supportive care. However, in young children, the elderly, or people with weakened immunity, the risk of complications, prolonged illness, or even death is higher, making timely treatment and monitoring essential.
