Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Majesty is the only child of a single mother, after his father abandoned them while she was still pregnant. They live together in a modest two-room mud house. His mother, a peasant farmer, has no stable source of income. The family learned about Helpster Charity during a hospital visit. According to the mother, one Sunday morning while feeding Majesty porridge, he suddenly began coughing violently, kicking, and convulsing. Alarmed, she rushed him to a nearby dispensary, where he was stabilized before being referred to Siaya County Referral Hospital for further management.
Medical history
Majesty was brought to the hospital after aspirating while being fed. He was diagnosed with aspirated pneumonia and had to be admitted in the wards for further management. He stayed in the ward for a couple of days where he was treated with Xpen, Gentamicin, paracetamol, atropine, dexamethosone among other drugs to which he was tolerant. He responded well to treatment and was discharged on orals and follow up clinic booked for him after a fortnight. A call to the mother later revealed that Majesty had fully recovered and had gone back to his normal life
Prognosis
Majesty's young age puts him at a risk of rapid deterioration, but the medical intervention was timely, and he is expected to recover fully.
