Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Loose motion more than 3 times in 24 hours is called diarrhoea. Where as loose motion in several times in a day with becoming lethargic and dehydrated is called severe diarrhoea. If it is not treated properly, it may cause electrolyte imbalance, lethargy, convulsion, coma and death of the baby.

Background
Six-month-old Hasnain Islam was a playful and healthy baby until he suddenly developed fever, severe diarrhea, and stopped feeding, leaving him weak and lethargic. His father, Sojol Foraji, works as a daily wage laborer earning only 7,000 taka a month, which barely supports the family of five living in hardship, while his mother, Sohela Begum, cares for Hasnain and his elder twin brothers, Hasain and Husain. The doctor has advised immediate hospital admission for proper management, but the family cannot afford the treatment costs. Without urgent care, Hasnain’s condition could rapidly worsen, leading to dehydration and life-threatening complications. Despite the family’s love and sacrifices, they are helpless without support to save their youngest child.
Medical history
Hasnain Islam is 6 month old baby. Suddenly he got loose motion for more than 10 times in a day with fever . His mother came to our hospital in 7 September 2025.Doctor diagnosed this case as acute severe diarrhoea with infection. Doctor suggests to get admitted to hospital.Doctor and Nurses provide the baby proper treatment and affectionate care. As a result, Hasnain comes round from his illness and becomes heathy. At 10 September 2025, we discharged him.The patient's family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Helpster Heroes and the hospital for their timely and effective care.
Prognosis
Severe diarrhoea is a medical emergency condition. If it is not treated properly, it may cause electrolyte imbalance, lethargy, convulsion, coma and even Death. For this reason, doctor suggests hospital admitted treatment protocol to save life of the baby.
