Background
Most. Srity, a 21-year-old mother, is a disciplined and sincere young woman who lives with her six family members crowded into a single room at the camp. Despite her simple lifestyle and passion for making handmade clothes, her family survives on very little and cannot afford the urgent medical care she now needs. Her pregnancy has become dangerous due to previous cesarean history, severe anemia, fluid leakage, and fetal distress, all worsened by her thalassemia. Medical history
Most. Srity was admitted with her second pregnancy at 9 months and 1 day, facing serious complications including a previous cesarean section, thalassemia, abdominal pain, watery discharge for three days, and fetal distress. She underwent surgery on 03.09.2025 due to the high-risk condition. After timely medical care, both she and her baby recovered well. Srity was discharged in stable condition on 06.09.2025 and is now safely at home, caring for her newborn without any further complications.

Mst. Srity is in a critical stage of her second pregnancy at 9 months and 1 day. She is experiencing hardening of the abdomen, lower abdominal pain, and watery fluid discharge for the past three days. The baby is showing signs of fetal distress, and her previous cesarean section and thalassemia further increase the risks.
