Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About septicaemia + severe background malaria
Septicemia with severe background malaria is a life-threatening condition where overwhelming bloodstream infection complicates an already severe malarial illness, leading to a double burden on the patient’s body. Malaria, caused by Plasmodium parasites, weakens immunity and can cause anemia, organ dysfunction, and metabolic disturbances, making the body more vulnerable to bacterial invasion and sepsis. Patients may present with persistent high fever, chills, confusion, low blood pressure, rapid breathing, jaundice, or bleeding tendencies, reflecting multi-organ involvement.
