Most Masuda Khatun, a gentle housewife with a love for cooking, lives in a crowded tin-shed home with her husband, a day laborer, and eight other family members who all depend on his small, uncertain income. This is her first pregnancy, and she dreams of holding a healthy baby in her arms, but her condition has become critical due to breech presentation and oligohydramnios.
