Now 38 weeks pregnant, her condition has become dangerous due to a breech presentation and her previous caesarean history, making timely medical intervention critical. Without treatment, she faces life-threatening risks such as cord prolapse, severe birth trauma, or even stillbirth, leaving her children without their mother and the family in despair. Yet, with proper care, both she and her unborn baby have a strong chance at survival—something the family longs for but cannot afford.
Medical history
Ayesha Akter was admitted to the hospital on September 11, 2025, with a diagnosis of a third pregnancy with Breech Presentation and Less Fetal movement. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby girl. Both mother and newborn were discharged on September 15, 2025, in good health.
