Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About gynecology
Liza Khatun is 9 months and 10 days pregnant, and the fetus is currently in a breech presentation. This abnormal position can lead to complications during delivery. Additionally, signs of fetal distress have been observed, such as abnormal heart rate and reduced movements, indicating that the baby may not be getting enough oxygen. These issues present serious risks to the baby's health and require immediate medical attention to prevent complications during birth.
Thank you for saving this life!

Background
Liza Khatun, a bright and responsible young woman with dreams of becoming a successful entrepreneur, now faces a high-risk pregnancy at 9 months and 10 days, with her baby in breech position and showing signs of fetal distress. Her husband earns only 6,500 BDT a month, and their family of five lives in extremely poor conditions, leaving them unable to afford the urgent medical care she needs. Despite her determination, Liza’s frequent discomfort and reduced fetal movement put both her and her baby at serious risk. Without timely intervention, complications during delivery could lead to severe injury or even death for mother and child. Her family can only hope for support to ensure a safe birth and protect the bright future Liza dreams of for herself and her child
Medical history
Liza Khatun was admitted to the hospital on 15.09.2025 with 9 months and 10 days of pregnancy, presenting with increased frequency of micturition, discomfort, and signs of fetal distress. Upon examination, doctors identified a breech presentation, which posed a high risk for normal delivery. Given the urgency of the situation, an immediate cesarean section was performed on the same day. The operation was carried out successfully without any complications, ensuring the safety of both mother and baby. Following the surgery, Liza responded well to treatment, steadily regained her strength, and experienced significant relief from the pain and stress. Her baby was born healthy, bringing happiness to the family. Liza continued to recover smoothly and was discharged in stable condition on 18.09.2025. She is now at home, doing well, and lovingly caring for her newborn.
Prognosis
Liza Khatun is a second gravida with 9 months and 10 days of pregnancy, presenting with lower abdominal pain, breech presentation, increased frequency of micturition, and signs of fetal distress. The breech position poses a significant risk during normal labor. If a cesarean section is not performed, the fetus may fail to descend properly, leading to obstructed labor. This can result in severe complications, including fetal asphyxia or even fetal death. The fetal distress already present further increases the urgency for surgical intervention. In this condition, a Lower Uterine Cesarean Section (LUCS) is the safest option. Performing LUCS will help prevent birth trauma, ensure adequate oxygen supply to the baby, and increase the chances of survival for both mother and child. If left untreated, both maternal and fetal lives may be at serious risk. Prompt surgical delivery is strongly recommended to avoid life-threatening complications.
