Sreemoti Dulti Bala, a 32-year-old gentle and devoted mother of two young boys, lives with her husband and children in a small household of four. Her husband, Suman Chandra, works as a day laborer and earns only 8,000 BDT per month, which barely covers food, schooling, and daily needs, leaving nothing for emergency medical expenses. At 37 weeks pregnant, her ultrasound revealed a breech presentation, made even riskier due to her previous caesarean section and bad obstetric history, placing both her and her unborn baby in grave danger. Doctors have advised urgent medical intervention to prevent complications such as cord prolapse, birth trauma, or even stillbirth. Without this treatment, Dulti Bala’s life and her baby’s survival are at serious risk, leaving her husband and two sons facing an unbearable loss.
Medical history
Sreemoti Dulti Bala was admitted to the hospital on September 14, 2025, with a diagnosis of Breech Presentation. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby. Both mother and newborn were discharged on September 18, 2025, in good health. Her mother and sister came to the hospital to receive her and her child. The family expressed their gratitude to Helpster, Mother Clinic and, Bablu Abdullah for their treatment and support.
