Common URTIs include: Common cold, leading to symptoms like a runny or stuffy nose, sore throat, coughing, sneezing, and sometimes a low-grade fever. Sinusitis: Inflammation of the sinus cavities, often associated with nasal congestion, facial pain or pressure, and thick nasal discharge. Pharyngitis (sore throat), or otitis media: an ear infection that can cause ear pain, fluid drainage from the ear, and hearing problems.

Background
