Decla Nyachae is a 3-year-old child who enjoys watching cartoons and lives with her mother in a small makeshift house in one of the slums in Nairobi. Her mother works as a street vendor to support the family. Despite the challenging environment, they maintain a loving and supportive home. Decla enjoys playing with other children, and her mother dreams of her becoming a top professional in the future. The family learned about Helpster Charity through a Community Health Promoter from Rheemah Hospital. Decla was healthy until a few days ago, when she developed a cough, painful swallowing, vomiting, tongue sores, and refused to breastfeed. As her condition worsened, she was brought to Rheemah Hospital. Following a thorough examination, the medical officer diagnosed her with septicemia and bacteremia. Prompt treatment was started.

Decla upon arrival to Rheemah presented with cough, vomiting painfully swallowing, tongue sores and even refusing to breast feed. He was brought into Rheemah Hospital after the condition worsened. Thorough examinations was done by medical officer and Gabriel was diagnosed with Acute tonsilitis and Acute bronchitis. Prompt treatment was initiated and later discharged the same day on stable condition. Decla's well being drastically improved. Days later the mother said that Decla is smiling again and back to herself again.
