Ibrahim lives with his grandmother following the death of his mother and is unaware of his father’s whereabouts. His grandmother, who is the family’s sole provider, relies heavily on the support of well-wishers. TIbrahim attends school daily and helps care for the family goats on weekends. Ibrahim enjoys playing football with his friends and aspires to become a teacher in the future. Recently, he developed septic rashes that progressed into open wounds due to inadequate care. This was later accompanied by fever. His grandmother attempted to treat him with herbal remedies, but there was no improvement. The condition worsened to the point where the boy was unable to walk to school.

Ibrahim presented with widespread body rashes, multiple open wounds, and a fever that had persisted for two weeks without treatment. Upon examination and testing, he was diagnosed with septic rashes and wounds. He received treatment to reduce pain and inflammation, antibiotics, and regular wound cleaning with antiseptic iodine. Ibrahim showed significant improvement and has now returned to his normal activities. He helps his grandmother care for the family goats and enjoys playing football with his friends.
