Mst. Hafsa Begum, a kind and humble housewife, lives in a small tin-shed house with her husband, two young sons, and extended family of six. Her husband, a poor farmer, earns only 7,000 BDT per month, barely enough to feed the family, leaving nothing for emergency medical expenses. Now 36 weeks pregnant, Hafsa faces a dangerous breech presentation along with a history of caesarean section, which makes her delivery highly risky. Without proper treatment, she may suffer life-threatening complications such as cord prolapse or stillbirth, leaving her children without a mother and the family devastated. Despite her hardship, Hafsa remains hopeful and dreams of safely welcoming her baby into the world
Medical history
Mst Hafsa Begum was admitted to the hospital on September 27, 2025, with a diagnosis of Breech Presentation. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Both mother and newborn were discharged on October 01, 2025, in good health. Her husband came to the hospital to receive her and their child. The family expressed their gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic and Md Abdullah Miah for their treatment and support.
