Conjunctivitis is an eye condition that involves inflammation of the conjunctiva, which is the thin, clear tissue covering the white part of the eye and lining the inside of the eyelids. It can affect one or both eyes and is typically characterized by symptoms such as redness and bloodshot appearance of the eye, grittiness or a feeling like there's something in the eye, as well as itching and irritation. The second following condition, allergic contact dermatitis is an inflammatory disease of the skin that is caused by a type 4 hypersensitivity reaction. It is the most common type of occupational skin disease. Management of the inflammatory response is the essential goal in treatment.

Background
Juliana would like to be a musician and a professional dancer when she grows up. She is part of the singing game group in their school and enjoys to learn new songs and get new styles. She does well in school and says that all the subjects are good. She has been complaining of pain in the eyes and itchiness.
Medical history
Julana was brought to the hospital with symptoms including red and teary eyes, as well as difficulty in seeing clearly. She received Prmobeta N and a hydrocortisone injection to alleviate the discomfort. Additionally, she was prescribed medications for ongoing treatment. The child responded well to the treatment and had no complications.
Prognosis
Bacterial conjunctivitis may require antibiotic eye drops or ointment. Allergic conjunctivitis may be managed with antihistamines or other allergy medications. If allergic contact dermatitis is not treated, it can lead to the skin rash, itching, and redness can intensify, causing more significant discomfort and irritation. Scratching the itchy skin can lead to breaks in the skin, creating openings for bacteria to enter and cause secondary infections.Without proper treatment, allergic contact dermatitis can become a chronic or long-lasting condition, leading to persistent skin issues.
