About pud exacerbation, malaria and enteric fever
PUD exacerbation, malaria, and enteric fever are serious but treatable conditions. PUD flare-ups cause burning abdominal pain, indigestion, or even bleeding, requiring acid suppression and monitoring. Malaria presents with fever, chills, weakness, and anemia, but responds well to prompt antimalarial therapy. Enteric fever brings prolonged fever, abdominal discomfort, and systemic illness, needing antibiotics and supportive care. With timely diagnosis and proper treatment, recovery is usually good, though close follow-up is important to prevent complications. Zinira presents with headache, dizziness, retrosternal burning sensation, sore throat and belching.

Background
Zinira is 18 years old female girl living with her parents. She has wishes to further her education but the parents are not having finaces to take her to school as things are very difficult for the father. She has 7 siblings. The father is a small scale farmer and the mother is a house wife. Zinira has been having headache, feeling dizzy, fever, retrosternal burning sensation, sore throat and belching. Makes her even cry due to pains. She was given medication from the chemist but no positive results. The father was worried because he has no money to take her to a better hospital for medical assistance. He was told about Helpster Charity and they contacted Albishir Hospital for proper evaluation. Upon presentation at our hospital, and after further evaluation, she was diagnosed with peptic ulcer disease, malaria and enteric fever. She was admitted and treatment commenced immediately.
Medical history
Zinira an 18 years old girl was brought to Albisbir Hospital in pains, having headache, feeling dizzy, fever, retrosternal burning sensation, sore throat and belching. She was immediately attended to, diagnosed with PUD exacerbation, malaria and enteric fever. Treatment commenced with injection antibiotics and other supportive care. She became stable after some days and was discharged with some take home orals and was scheduled for follow-up. The family appreciated Helpster Charity for their support.
Prognosis
Patients with PUD exacerbation, malaria, and enteric fever have a good chance of recovery if treated promptly with the right medications and supportive care. Most respond well, but delayed or inadequate treatment may result in serious complications such as ulcer bleeding, severe anemia, or intestinal perforation. Careful monitoring and follow-up are essential to ensure complete healing and prevent relapse.
