Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About malaria + rti + pud
RTI (Respiratory Tract Infection): Infection of the airways, either upper or lower, often causing cough, fever, sore throat, or breathing difficulty. Responds well to antibiotics or supportive care when treated early. PUD (Peptic Ulcer Disease): Sores or ulcers in the stomach or duodenal lining, usually due to H. pylori infection or excessive acid. Causes burning abdominal pain and responds to acid-suppressing drugs and lifestyle changes. Malaria: A mosquito-borne parasitic disease presenting with fever, chills, body weakness, and sometimes anemia. It is preventable and treatable with antimalarial drugs when managed promptly

Background
Hafsat is 18 years old girl living with her parents in a rented apartment. She is not currently in school because her parents cannot afford to pay her school fees. She is doing a petty business to help her self and her younger siblings. Hafsat has been having ceaseless cough, fever, headache, abdominal pain, backpain. Though she got some drugs from the chemist but nothing positive changed in health as the condition keeps getting worse but they have no money to go for proper medical help. A neighbor told her about Helpster Charity and she came for proper medical evaluation. On presentation at our hospital, and after proper clinical evaluation, she was diagnosed with respiratory tract infection, peptic ulcer disease and malaria.
Medical history
When Hafsat got to Albishir Clinic and Maternity in pains, she was immediately attended to and admitted. Tests was run and she was diagnosed with peptic ulcer disease, respiratory tract infection and malaria. Treatment commenced with injection antimalarials, injection antibiotics and other supportive medications. She became stable, pains stopped, she regained strength and is having appetite. She was discharged with some take home orals and was scheduled for follow-up. She appreciated Helpster Charity for their support.
Prognosis
With timely and appropriate treatment, patients with RTI, PUD, and malaria generally recover well. RTI usually resolves completely with antibiotics or supportive care; PUD improves with acid suppression and H. pylori eradication; and malaria responds effectively to antimalarial therapy. Delayed or inadequate treatment in any of these conditions, however, can lead to serious complications such as respiratory distress, ulcer bleeding, or severe anemia.
