Mitchell Sydney is an ambitious young girl residing at a children's home. She was rescued by a well-wisher at the age of four and later taken to the children’s home, where she currently lives. According to a volunteer at the home, Mitchell is kind, caring, and supportive of her peers. She dreams of becoming a medical professional in the future. The Children’s Home learned about Helpster Charity during a site visit conducted by the medical team from Rheemah Hospital alongside Helpster volunteer Vincent. Recently, Mitchell fell ill, experiencing persistent vomiting, headache, and fever. As her condition worsened, she was taken to Rheemah Hospital, where a thorough examination and laboratory tests were carried out. She was diagnosed with Helicobacter pylori infection and acute gastric ulcers. Prompt treatment was initiated, leading to a remarkable improvement in her condition.

Mitchelle was well until few days ago when she started vomiting, headache and fever . He was brought to Rheemah Hospital after the condition worsened. Thorough examinations and test was done by medical officer and Mitchell was diagnosed with Helicobacter pylori and and acute gastric ulcers. prompt treatment was initiated and Mitchell's well being drastically improved. Days later the mother said that Mitchell is smiling again and back to himself again.

Mitchell’s prognosis is good. With the timely diagnosis and initiation of appropriate treatment for Helicobacter pylori infection and acute gastric ulcers, her symptoms are bound to improve. She is bound to respond well to medication and dietary management.
