Now at 37 weeks of pregnancy, she faces a serious complication—breech presentation with severe oligohydramnios—that requires urgent hospital care and a possible cesarean section. The family, already burdened by poverty, cannot afford the high cost of treatment. Medical history
Most Shefali Begum was admitted to the hospital on September 26, 2025, with a diagnosis of breech presentation and severe oligohydramnios. On the same day, she underwent a successful cesarean section and delivered a healthy baby. Following appropriate postnatal care, both mother and newborn made a satisfactory recovery and were discharged in good health on October 1, 2025.
