Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About emergency care
Baby Labib Hossain was born extremely premature at 29 weeks of gestation with an extremely low birth weight of 900 grams. Due to his lung immaturity, he developed Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS) and is currently unable to tolerate oral feeding. He remains at high risk of developing sepsis, hypothermia, hypoglycemia, and apnea of prematurity, conditions common in very premature infants. Labib requires continuous intensive care, respiratory support, and specialized nutrition to stabilize his fragile condition and support his growth and survival.

Background
Baby Labib Hossain, the second of quadruplets born to Mrs. Tanjina Akter, was delivered at 29 weeks of gestation via emergency Cesarean section, financially supported by Helpster Charity. The father, a low-income salesman, is unable to meet the expenses of ongoing neonatal intensive care. All four babies were extremely premature and underweight, requiring specialized management in the NICU. Without continued medical support, Labib’s condition—marked by respiratory distress and organ immaturity—could deteriorate rapidly. The family remains in urgent need of financial and medical assistance to sustain the infants’ treatment and survival.
Medical history
Baby Labib Hossain just after birth shifted to the NICU on 29/09/2025 as diagnosed PT with severe low birth weight and after getting 9 days NICU support the baby Labib Hossain expired on 08/10/2025 due to cardio-respiratory failure.
Prognosis
With continued intensive care and adherence to the treatment plan, Baby Labib Hossain has a good chance of stabilization and gradual recovery. The respiratory support, surfactant therapy, and nutritional management will help his immature lungs develop and improve his ability to breathe and feed independently over time. Close monitoring and infection control will reduce the risk of life-threatening complications such as sepsis or apnea. However, without this specialized NICU care, the baby’s underdeveloped lungs and organs could fail, leading to severe complications or even death. With proper medical support, Labib’s survival and healthy growth prospects significantly improve each day.
