Zubairu is a 3year old boy is the second born of his family who leaves with his parents at kukawa village he like to become an footballer when grown up his father was a farmer. Zubairu was brought to Ayaji hospital with a fever started one week ago. It was high-grade and associated with chills and rigors. The fever was followed by cough and catarrh. Upon presentation at our hospital, he was diagnosed with Severe Malaria and Upper respiratory tract infection.

Zubairu was admitted to Ayaji hospital and he was diagnosed with URTI Which he was carefully observed and been treated. Back home, Zubairu’s recovery continued at a steady pace. He soon returned to playing with his friends, his energy and laughter echoing through the village once more. ​His parents, deeply grateful to the Helpster charity and the medical team for the timely care that restored their son’s health, became dedicated advocates for respiratory wellness. Zubairu based on the laboratory and clinical findings, is diagnosis with Severe Malaria and URTI (Upper Respiratory Tract Infection).which is a medical emergency and a life-threatening complication which requires an prompt attention or treatment. the doctor's opinion is that he had a life-threatening illness requiring urgent intervention, but the prognosis is currently positive given the documented clinical improvement and stable condition following one day of admission and treatment.
