Munni Akter N., 33

Munni, a 33-year-old kind and hardworking woman, lives with her husband, mother, and young son in a modest home. Her husband works as a daily laborer, earning barely enough to provide food for the family, leaving them unable to afford medical expenses. As there was less foetal movement and lower abdominal pain was not progressed patient needed emergency cesarean section. Cesarean section was done successfully under spinal anaesthesia and a healthy male baby was delivered. She was admitted on 01/10/2025 and was discharged on 04/10/2025. After operation conservative treatment was given. Now patient is doing well, she is back to her normal life with smiling face. ‎

With the timely cesarean section performed under spinal anesthesia, both the mother and baby were safely delivered and stabilized. The doctor’s prognosis is positive — with proper postnatal care, both are expected to recover well and lead healthy lives. The prompt surgical intervention prevented serious complications such as fetal asphyxia, stillbirth, or maternal hemorrhage, which could have occurred if treatment had been delayed. The newborn will require close monitoring to ensure normal breathing and feeding, while the mother needs rest and follow-up care to prevent infection and support recovery. Without timely treatment, both maternal and fetal outcomes could have been life-threatening.
