Most. Anjuara Khatun, 28, lives in a low-income household with her husband Md. Masud Rana, a day laborer earning about 8,000 Taka per month, their 9-year-old son Al Amin, and her elderly mother-in-law Fatema Begum. She is currently 37 weeks pregnant and has been diagnosed with a breech presentation, further complicated by a history of two previous Cesarean sections and the loss of one child after birth. These factors make her pregnancy high-risk, requiring an urgent planned Cesarean section (LUCS) to ensure a safe delivery. The family’s limited income makes it impossible to cover the cost of surgery and hospital care. Without timely medical intervention, both Anjuara and her baby face serious, potentially life-threatening complications, including uterine rupture and stillbirth.
Medical history
Most Anjuara Khatun was admitted to the hospital on October 03, 2025, with a diagnosis of Breech presentation . On the same day, she underwent a successful cesarean section and delivered a healthy baby. After receiving appropriate postnatal care, both mother and newborn recovered well and were discharged in good health on October 8, 2025. Her husband came to receive them at the hospital and conveyed the family's sincere gratitude to Helpster, Mother Clinic, and Bablu Abdullah for their medical care and support. Prognosis
