Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About lower respiratory tract infection
Lower Respiratory Tract Infection (LRTI) refers to infections that affect the airways below the larynx, mainly the trachea, bronchi, bronchioles, and lungs. It is commonly caused by viruses such as respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), influenza, or bacteria like Streptococcus pneumoniae and Haemophilus influenzae. Symptoms typically include cough, fever, chest pain, fast or difficult breathing, sputum production, and sometimes wheezing. In infants and young children, feeding difficulty and chest indrawing are common signs. Diagnosis is based on clinical evaluation, chest examination, and sometimes chest X-ray or sputum tests. Treatment involves antibiotics for bacterial causes, antipyretics, fluids, and oxygen therapy if breathing is labored. With early management, most patients recover fully, though severe cases may require hospitalization.
