Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About blood
Sepsis, or blood poisoning, is a life-threatening condition that arises when the body’s response to infection causes injury to its own tissues and organs. Background
Fidel is a humble child who likes traveling but has not been lucky enough to visit places. He would like to grow up and be able to afford to travel around the world. He would like to be medical doctor when he grows up. Fidel is a known sickle cell patient who tries his best to be compliant to his medication, though on some occasions his parent is unable to afford the medication. Reported to the hospital with dizziness, a fever and pain on the right hand.
Medical history
Fidel underwent examination by the doctor and was prescribed a management regimen upon admission, including IV ceftriaxone, IV flagyl, floxapen, hydroxyurea, folic acid, and Brustan tablets. He remained stable throughout his hospital stay and was discharged in a stable condition.
Prognosis
The inflammatory response can damage organs, leading to their dysfunction or failure. Septicaemia is a leading cause of death, particularly if not promptly treated. Survivors may experience long-term physical, emotional, and cognitive effects. Broad-spectrum antibiotics are administered through an intravenous (IV) line to target and combat the underlying infection.
