Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About gynecology
Julia Khatun is 24 years old and is at full term of pregnancy, meaning her baby is ready to be born. The ultrasound shows that the baby is in a breech position, where the feet or buttocks are pointing downward instead of the head, and there is also a low amount of amniotic fluid around the baby. This combination makes normal delivery risky because the baby may not move well and can face breathing or birth complications during labor. For these reasons, careful medical care and timely delivery are very important to protect both the mother and the baby.

Background
Julia Khatun is a devoted housewife who manages all household responsibilities, raises ducks and chickens, and lovingly cares for her 8-year-old son, Borhan Uddin, while her husband Saddam Hossain struggles to support the family on an irregular income of about 6,000 taka per month as a bus helper. After meeting basic needs such as food and electricity, the family has no savings, making the cost of emergency surgery completely unaffordable. Now at full term with a high-risk pregnancy involving breech presentation, oligohydramnios, and a previous cesarean section, Julia has endured prolonged labor and absence of fetal movement, placing both her life and her unborn baby in grave danger. Without an immediate LUCS, there is a serious risk of fetal death, birth complications, and life-threatening harm to the mother. Having previously received life-saving support for her son through Helpster Charity, the family once again looks to Helpster as their only hope during this critical time.
Medical history
Julia, with a complicated case of full term 38+ weeks single live pregnancy with a history of Breech Presentation with Oligohydromonias with Previous One Caesarean Section Operation Due to Bad Obstetric History. She Presenting with Labor Pain (14+) hours, the Patient is Unable to Feel Her Fetal Movements for One Day.Considering her condition the Doctor advised admission to hospital and prepare for an emergency lower uterine caesarean section (LUCS) operation. Due to the close observation, skill and promptness of the experienced surgeon and hospital team, Julia was able to overcome this life-threatening moment in a harmonious manner. After the operation, the cries of a cute baby boy echoed in the hospital room—this was the moment when tears of joy fell from Julia’s eyes. Julia is expected to fully recover with intensive observation and care in the hospital for the next 5–7 days. In a few weeks, she will return to her normal life, and start a new life with her little son, Raihan. Tears of joy welled up in Julia's eyes as she held Raihan in her arms. In an emotional voice, she said, "With the tireless support of the skilled Helpster Heroes and RUDO Hospital, my new life and that of my child have been made possible. I am eternally grateful to them. Today, I am truly incomparably happy."
Prognosis
The doctor has advised a Lower Uterine Cesarean Section (LUCS) as the safest treatment option for Julia Khatun and her unborn baby. If the surgery is performed on time, it will allow the baby to be delivered safely, reducing the risk of birth injury, breathing problems, or lack of oxygen, and protecting the mother from serious complications such as prolonged labor or uterine rupture. Successful LUCS will give the baby a healthy start to life and allow Julia to recover and continue caring for her family. However, if this condition is left untreated, the baby may suffer severe distress, permanent injury, or even death, and the mother’s life could also be at serious risk. Immediate surgical intervention is therefore critical for the safety of both mother and child.
