Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Afsana is a warm-hearted and creative 24-year-old woman whose joyful nature and love for decorating with colorful paper flowers brighten the lives of everyone around her. Despite her dreams of someday building a cow farm and giving her family a better future, she and her husband struggle to survive on his rickshaw-puller income of just 5,000 taka while supporting a seven-member household, including their young children and elderly parents-in-law. Now 34 weeks pregnant with her third child and facing a dangerous breech presentation after two previous cesarean sections, Afsana’s recent abdominal pain, fatigue, and anemia place both her and her baby at serious risk if she does not receive timely medical intervention. Without treatment, complications during labor could threaten the lives of both mother and child. Learning about Helpster Charity through a medical camp and Evercare Hospital gave the family a glimmer of hope, as they know they have no means to afford the life-saving care Afsana needs.
Medical history

Following the surgery, both mother and child received proper medical care and continuous nursing support. She was discharged on 29.10.2025 in stable condition, with both her and her baby in good health.
Prognosis
The doctor has recommended a Lower Uterine Cesarean Section (LUCS) under spinal anesthesia as the safest treatment option for Most. Afsana Akter. . Because of her previous two cesarean sections and the current fetal position, attempting normal labor could lead to serious complications, including fetal distress or obstructed labor. Timely surgical intervention through LUCS is essential to ensure a safe delivery for both mother and baby. With proper management, Afsana and her baby have a strong chance of survival and recovery. Without immediate treatment, both mother and child could face life-threatening risks during delivery.
