Abdullahi is 8 years old boy is the firstborn of his family who leaves with his parents at ngomari airport bus-stop area he like to become an professional doctor when grown up his father was a farmer. The patient has a 1-year history of flank pain, oliguria, dysuria, and lower back pain, which was managed with painkillers that provided temporary relief. This morning, while at school, she experienced severe pain in her lower abdomen and back, prompting a quick visit to our health facility for treatment. Upon presentation at our hospital, and after further clinical evaluation, he was diagnosed with Left Kidney stone

ABDULLAHI ADAM SULEMAN,an 8-year-old boy, presented with a history of right loin pain,dysuria,lower back pain accompanied by hematuria since 1 year but pain escalated for the last 3 days. After thorough evaluation and investigation, he was diagnosed Kidney stone.He underwent successful surgery without immediate complications. Due to the nature of his condition, he was admitted for 3 days for close monitoring and post-operative care. Abdullahi recovered well and was discharged home after 3 days, with a follow-up appointment scheduled for 1 week. Currently, he is doing well, has fully recovered, and has resumed his regular activities. We appreciate the timely intervention by Helpster and the UMD Medical team.
