Mst. Asha Moni is a kind and hopeful 19-year-old housewife from a very poor family that survives on only 8,000 taka per month earned by her husband, Md. Sona Mia, a day laborer who also supports his elderly parents, Md. Abdar Ali and Moriom Begum. With this limited income, the family struggles to meet daily needs and has no ability to pay for emergency surgical care. Despite her young age and hardship, Asha Moni remains patient, caring, and deeply wishes to safely welcome her first child. Her current condition of oligohydramnios at full term, along with reduced fetal movement and pain, puts both mother and baby at serious risk if treatment is delayed. Learning about Helpster from a poster and receiving support through volunteer Bablu Abdullah became their only hope for a safe delivery and a healthy future.

Asha Moni was admitted to the hospital on November 11, 2025, with a diagnosis of Breech Presentation. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Both mother and newborn were discharged on November 15, 2025, in good health. Her husband came to the hospital to receive her and their child. The family expressed their gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic and Bablu Abdullah for their treatment and support. The doctor recommends an urgent cesarean section for Mst. Asha Moni to prevent life-threatening complications for both her and her baby. With severe oligohydramnios could result in fetal distress, stillbirth, or serious maternal complications such as uterine rupture or placental issues. A timely C-section offers the best chance of delivering a healthy baby and protecting the mother’s life. If the procedure is performed promptly Asha Moni and her child are expected to recover well, with significantly reduced risks of morbidity or mortality. Without this intervention, both mother and baby face a critical situation that could have irreversible consequences.
