When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
6 year old Dinuki is an active and an energetic child that unfortunately suffers from Febrile convulsions since a year after birth. However she is a lovely first grader who goes through her life despite her medical condition quite gallantly. However, this 6 year old suffers damage to her nervous system and is also prone to other accidents every time she has a seizure.
Medical history
Dinuki experienced febrile convulsions, which were further complicated by infections and a weakened immune system. Fortunately, Dinuki received prompt medical assistance at Gampaha Cooperative Hospital, where investigations were conducted and necessary treatments provided. As a result, Dinuki's condition has significantly improved. Expressing her gratitude, Dinuki's mother extends heartfelt thanks to Gampaha Cooperative Hospital, Dr. Devmini (a Helpster Volunteer), and Helpster. She emphasizes the family's financial struggles, highlighting their inability to afford medications.
Prognosis
This child is going to need to close follow up in a neurology clinic and is going to need to be monitored constantly. Every infection that she can contract has a risk of her getting a seizure that is not only hazardous to her health but can make her prone to other dangers. Dinuki’s quality of life without constant treatment is going to be severely compromised.
