Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About gynecology
Jorna, a 19-year-old woman at 38+ weeks of pregnancy, arrived in critical condition with severe lower abdominal pain, reduced fetal movement, and oligohydramnios, indicating dangerously low amniotic fluid. These complications, combined with prolonged labor, placed both her life and her baby’s life at immediate risk. Without urgent medical intervention, the chances of fetal distress, maternal exhaustion, or even life-threatening outcomes were extremely high. Her condition required rapid, skilled care to prevent a tragic outcome for the young mother and her unborn child.
Thank you for saving this life!

Background
Jorna Rani, a gentle 19-year-old who fills her days with embroidery and lovingly cooking for her husband and mother, found her world shaken when complications arose late in her pregnancy. The family, already struggling under deep poverty, had no savings to afford urgent medical care, and her husband and mother were terrified of losing both Jorna and the baby. When her abdominal pain worsened and the baby’s movements slowed due to oligohydramnios, they realized that without immediate treatment, both lives were at grave risk. After being turned away from the government hospital because no doctors were available for an emergency operation, they learned about Helpster and the Poly Clinic from another grateful patient. Thanks to this support, Jorna received an emergency C-section and safely welcomed her healthy baby boy—something that would not have been possible without the help they desperately needed.
Medical history
Jorna had 38 weeks plus pregnancy. suddenly she complaints of lower abdominal pain. She had also complaints of less foetal movement and oligohydramnios. Patient got admitted to Narayanganj Poly Clinic. As there was less foetal movement and lower abdominal pain was not progressed patient needed emergency cesarean section. Cesarean section was done successfully under spinal anaesthesia and a healthy baby was delivered. She was admitted on 11/11/2025 and was discharged on 14/11/2025. After operation conservative treatment was given. Now patient is doing well, she is back to her normal life with smiling face.
Prognosis
The doctors advised an emergency LUCS under spinal anaesthesia, explaining that this procedure would immediately relieve the baby from the dangerous environment caused by prolonged labor and low amniotic fluid. With timely surgery, both mother and child have an excellent chance of recovering fully and beginning a healthy life together. Without this intervention, the baby faced a high risk of severe distress, oxygen deprivation, or even stillbirth due to the lack of fluid and reduced movement. Jorna herself could also suffer life-threatening complications from exhaustion, infection, or obstructed labor. The surgery gives both mother and baby the safest path forward and prevents a potentially devastating outcome.
