Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About infections
Acute bronchitis with bronchospasm is a short-term inflammation of the large airways (bronchi) in the lungs, accompanied by tightening of the airway muscles (bronchospasm). Acute bronchitis occurs when the bronchi become inflamed, usually due to a viral infection, causing cough, mucus production, fever, and chest discomfort. Bronchospasm happens when the muscles around the airways tighten, making the airways narrower. This leads to wheezing, difficulty breathing, and chest tightness.

Background
Jayden is a 5-year-old boy and an orphan living at a children's home. He loves riding bicycles. The home relies entirely on well-wishers for food and daily support. Jayden was brought to the Children’s Home at the age of four by city police after good Samaritans rescued him from an abusive single mother. He is a cheerful child, and the founder of the home hopes he will grow up to become a teacher. The Children’s Home was introduced to Helpster Charity after a site visit by Rheemah medical practitioners and later by Vincent, a Helpster volunteer. Jayden had been in good health until four days ago, when he developed chest pain, fever, a runny nose, wheezing, and a productive cough. Sarah, a volunteer at the home, brought him to Rheemah Hospital for medical care. He was having severe difficulty in breathing when he arrived at the hospital, and was quickly received at the Accident and Emergency department where he was reviewed by the medical officer in charge and diagnosed with bronchospasm and acute bronchitis. Medical history
Jayden had been well until four days prior to presentation, when he developed chest pain, fever, runny nose, wheezing, and a productive cough. He was initially given painkillers at home, but there was no improvement in his symptoms. Sarah, a volunteer, subsequently brought him to Rheemah Hospital for further medical evaluation. He was assessed by the Medical Officer in charge and, following clinical examination, was diagnosed with bronchospasm and acute bronchitis. Treatment was initiated, including IV Ceftriaxone 1 g, Amoxil Forte 250 mg syrup, Zyrtec syrup, Brustan syrup, and Mucosolvan. A progress report provided to Vincent on the third day indicated that Jayden was responding well to treatment.
Prognosis
Jayden’s prognosis is very good, especially because he received timely medical care and responded well to treatment. Acute bronchitis with bronchospasm can be life threatening especially when the bronchospasm causes severe difficulty in breathing, making the patient to be unable to breathe. Jayden was brought to the hospital early enough and his prognosis is good.
