The C-section was performed successfully by an experienced medical team, resulting in the safe birth of both babies. The doctors have determined that a Lower Uterine Cesarean Section (LUCS) is the safest and only appropriate option for Sajeda, given that both twins are in breech position. With timely LUCS, the babies can be delivered safely, preventing complications such as cord compression, lack of oxygen, or trauma during birth. This procedure greatly improves the chances of both infants being born healthy, while also protecting Sajeda from life-threatening complications during labor. However, if left untreated or if a normal delivery is attempted, the risks of fetal distress, delivery obstruction, or even loss of the babies significantly increase.
