Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

1. Symptoms typically include a runny nose, congestion, sore throat, and cough 2. Malaria is a mosquito-borne infectious disease caused by parasites transmitted through the bite of an infected Anopheles mosquito. Symptoms typically include fever, chills, headache, and fatigue, and can progress to severe and potentially fatal conditions if not treated. Early diagnosis and treatment with antimalarial medicines, like artemisinin-based combination therapy (ACT), are crucial. 3. Gastroenteritis is an inflammation of the stomach and intestines, commonly called the "stomach flu," that causes symptoms like diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, nausea, and sometimes fever. It is typically caused by viral, bacterial, or parasitic infections and is often spread through contact with an infected person or contaminated food and water.

Background
Kelly is a three-year-old boy and the middle child in a family of three children. His mother earns a living by doing laundry for villagers, but the family often struggles to afford food and sometimes goes without meals. Kelly is described as a cheerful child who enjoys helping his mother with household chores. On Monday morning, Kelly began experiencing repeated episodes of vomiting, diarrhea, fever, and abdominal swelling. Due to the severity of his symptoms, he was brought to the hospital on Thursday for medical care. Following clinical assessment and laboratory investigations, he was diagnosed with acute upper respiratory tract infection, malaria, gastroenteritis, and severe dehydration. He was subsequently admitted for comprehensive management and supportive treatment.
Medical history
While in the ward Kelly was given IV Artesunate 30mg,0hrs,12hrs and 24hrs,Sryp paracetamol ,ORS 750mls and Zinc Sulphate ,syrup promethazine and multivitamin syrup, patient was still sick looking on the second,due meds were given and there was positive response,upon completion of his prescription in the ward,Kelly was discharged home and given orals to continue taking at home
Prognosis
The prognosis for Kelly is very good. With prompt hospital care, including rehydration, antimalarial treatment, management of gastroenteritis, and treatment of the upper respiratory tract infection, he is expected to recover fully. Close monitoring and adherence to medical advice will help prevent complications, restore his strength, and allow him to return to his normal activities.
