Mst. Razani Pervin is a caring housewife from a low-income family, where her husband works as a day laborer and struggles to meet daily expenses for their small family and young child. Despite hardship, Razani remains cheerful and devoted to her family, dreaming of welcoming a healthy baby. During her 37-week pregnancy, she developed lower abdominal pain and reduced fetal movement, and an ultrasound at Jamuna Clinic revealed a breech baby, making the case high risk. After learning from a local poster that Helpster Charity supports poor patients with treatment costs, the family sought help, but they are unable to afford safe delivery or possible surgery on their own. Mst Razani Pervin was admitted to the hospital on November 19, 2025, with a diagnosis of Breech Presentation. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Both mother and newborn were discharged on November 24, 2025, in good health. Her husband came to the hospital to receive her and their child. The family expressed their gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic and Md Abdullah Miah for their treatment and support. Doctors advise LUCS under spinal anesthesia (SAB) as the safest option for this breech pregnancy. With timely surgery, the baby can be delivered safely and the risk of injury, oxygen shortage, or death can be avoided. The mother will also be protected from dangerous labor complications and emergency surgery. Without treatment, both the baby and the mother face serious, life-threatening risks.
