Fred is the ninth-born in a family of ten children, two of whom tragically passed away, leaving seven siblings still at home. Fred was given P.R Gacet 250mg STAT. On admission, he was given IV Artesunate 33mg at 0hr,12hrs and at 24hrs,I.v Ceftriaxone 500mg once a day for 4 days,p.o ranferon tabs,p.o paracetamol syrup ,p.o piriton to help him recover On the second morning of admission ,fred woke up in a fair state with following medications given overnight,due medications were given and continued. On the third day,he woke up with no complaints in a stable condition,he was then discharged on 24th november on orals

Fred was diagnosed with severe malaria and anaemia, conditions that required urgent medical intervention.
