Most Jorina Begum is 39 weeks of single viable pregnancy with Oligohydramnios while her last two delivery was C-section. Oligohydramnios is a serious pregnancy complication characterized by an unusually low amount of amniotic fluid, defined by ultrasound measurements of the largest pocket of amniotic fluid being less than 1 cm. Oligohydramnios in general is when the amniotic fluid volume is less than expected for the gestational age, with severe cases indicating a particularly low amount.

Background
Most Jorina Begum is a gentle and devoted housewife who manages her small family with care and dignity, despite surviving on the uncertain daily wages earned by her husband, Md. Milon Ali, a day laborer. With two children to raise—her school-going daughter Marufa Akter and her young son Jihad Babu—the family struggles to meet even basic needs, making it impossible to afford costly surgical treatment. Now in late pregnancy with a history of two previous Caesarean sections and diagnosed with severe oligohydramnios, Jorina’s condition has become extremely risky. Without urgent medical intervention, she faces the danger of uterine rupture, infection, or loss of her unborn child, while the baby could suffer from severe distress or stillbirth. Still, Jorina remains hopeful and brave, dreaming only of safely welcoming her child and continuing to care for her family.
Medical history
Most Jorina Begum was admitted to the hospital on November 25, 2025, with a diagnosis of severe oligohydramnois. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Both mother and newborn were discharged on November 24, 2025, in good health. Prognosis
The doctor recommends an urgent cesarean section for Most Jorina Begum to prevent life-threatening complications for both her and her baby.
