Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Malaria is a potentially life-threatening infectious disease caused by parasites transmitted to humans through the bite of infected female Anopheles mosquitoes. Once inside the human body, the parasites multiply in the liver and then infect red blood cells, causing recurrent cycles of symptoms, including high fever, chills, fatigue, and, in severe cases, organ damage or failure.This stage of the disease is defined by the evidence of vital organ dysfunction.

Background
Ashley is a good-humored and sociable girl. She likes to play football and also likes dancing. She is still not sure what she would like to be when she grows up, but is often talking about being a doctor, a farmer or a teacher. She was brought to the hospital with symptoms of headache, cough and stomach ache.
Medical history
Ashley arrived at the hospital presenting symptoms of a headache, cough, and stomach ache. Following treatment, she was prescribed oral medication for continued care at home. Laboratory tests later confirmed a diagnosis of malaria. A subsequent follow-up call reassured us of Ashley's recovery progress. During our conversation, she eagerly shared details of the games she had been enjoying with her friends since leaving the hospital.
Prognosis
Malaria should be treated promptly with the use of antimalarial drugs. If left untreated, it can lead to severe complications and even death. It can result in organ failure, severe anemia, neurological issues, and in some cases, prove fatal, making early diagnosis and treatment crucial for preventing these life-threatening consequences.
