Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?

When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About infections

Chicken pox -Chickenpox is a highly contagious viral infection caused by the varicella-zoster virus (VZV). It typically causes an itchy, blister-like rash, fever, and fatigue, and is most common in children. Severe pneumonia -Severe pneumonia is a serious lung infection in which inflammation and fluid buildup make it hard to breathe and properly oxygenate the body. It often involves high fever, rapid breathing, low oxygen levels, and may require hospitalization and urgent medical treatment.

She lives with her mother, who is the sole breadwinner and earns a living by selling sesame seeds and roasted groundnuts at a nearby market. At times, Angel Margret helps her mother with selling the nuts. She enjoys playing with her friends and dreams of becoming a teacher in the future. The small business is barely enough to support with basic needs like food and meals, leave alone school fees. They do not have any health insurance and rely on over the counter medication to relieve pain whenever they fall ill. Angel was well until she developed a widespread itchy skin rash, which was accompanied by fever and cough. Over time, the symptoms became more severe. Her mother initially gave her herbal remedies, but the condition continued to worsen. After learning about Helpster Charity from a neighbor, the mother brought Angel Margret to the clinic to seek medical assistance. She was diagnosed with very severe pneumonia and chicken pox.

Prognosis

With the diagnosis of very severe pneumonia and chickenpox, Angel's condition is serious and requires close medical care. However, with the current appropriate treatment that she is receiving, her outlook is optimistic. If she continues to respond well to treatment and complications such as breathing failure, secondary infections, or dehydration are prevented, she is expected to recover gradually and return to her normal activities.
