Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Stalin is a polite boy who likes to dance to the sounds of music. He was brought to the hospital quite ill, with a fever, a few episodes of vomiting and several episodes of diarrhoea.
Medical history
Stalon came to the hospital with severe vomiting, loss of appetite and fevers, He was quite dehydrated by the time he arrived at the hospital, having had several episodes of vomiting. He was immediately put on intravenous fluids as the doctor took a history of how the illness begun and also did a physical examination. He was diagnosed with malaria, acute gastroenteritis with severe dehydration and put on other medication too apart from the intravenous fluids. He was later discharged on orals in stable state.
Prognosis
Malaria should be treated promptly with the use of antimalarial drugs. If left untreated, it can lead to severe complications and even death. It can result in organ failure, severe anemia, neurological issues, and in some cases, prove fatal, making early diagnosis and treatment crucial for preventing these life-threatening consequences. Gastroenteritis can cause fluid loss through vomiting and diarrhea, leading to dehydration. Severe dehydration can be life-threatening, especially in infants, the elderly, or individuals with weakened immune systems. Continued gastrointestinal symptoms may prevent the absorption of essential nutrients, potentially leading to malnutrition. To treat gastroenteritis, especially if it's due to a viral infection, the focus is typically on supportive care, which includes gradually reintroducing a regular diet once vomiting and diarrhea subside. In some cases, antiemetic (anti-nausea) or antidiarrheal medications may be prescribed, but their use should be carefully monitored, especially in certain situations.
