Mst. Tahera Banu is a caring 30-year-old housewife and mother of three who dreams of raising honest, well-educated children and often finds joy in cooking payesh for her family of seven. Her husband, Majedul Islam, is a day laborer earning only 6,000 taka per month, which barely covers food and daily needs, leaving no capacity to afford emergency medical treatment. At 37 weeks of pregnancy, her family became terrified when doctors found oligohydramnios and reduced fetal movement, a condition that threatens the life of the unborn baby. Her family learned about Helpster Charity through a health worker at a partner hospital and immediately reached out, hoping for urgent support. Mst. Tahera Banu was admitted with a 37 weeks and 2 days pregnancy complicated by oligohydramnios on 09.12.2025. On the same day, she underwent an LSCS, which was performed successfully, and a healthy baby was delivered safely. Following the surgery, she received proper medical management, continuous monitoring, and attentive nursing care, which ensured a smooth recovery. Both mother and baby remained stable and in good condition throughout the hospital stay. Mst. Tahera Banu showed steady improvement and was discharged in satisfactory condition on 12.12.2025.
