Granite lives with his mother and five siblings. His mother works as a barmaid in a nearby village pub and is the family’s sole provider. The small income she earns is barely enough to cover three meals a day, so the children are often left in the care of their older siblings. Granite is a playful boy who looks forward to going to school when he is old enough. He had been healthy until he developed a cough, difficulty breathing, and a fever. His mother initially gave him painkillers, but his condition worsened. A neighbor, who had previously received support from Helpster Charity, informed the mother about the organization. Subsequently, she brought Granite to the clinic for medical care, where he was diagnosed with severe pneumonia.

Granite Wafula presented with cough difficult in breathing and hotness of the body.He was examined tested and found to have severe pneumonia Granite Wafula was then treated with antibiotics and antipyretics. He was under observation for 3 days and discharged home on oral medicines. He is now feeling better and back to his normal activities.His parents are so happy to say thank you helpster charity
