Gloria lives with her mother and five siblings, and she is the second-born child in the family. Her mother, a widow, supports the family by working on other people’s farms. Gloria attends a nearby primary school and aspires to become a doctor in the future. She also enjoys helping her mother with household chores. Gloria began experiencing pain while urinating, accompanied by lower abdominal discomfort and dizziness. She also developed fungal lesions on her scalp. Her mother initially tried treating her with herbal remedies, but Gloria’s condition did not improve and, in fact, worsened. A neighbor who was aware of Helpster Charity referred them to the clinic. Gloria was examined, tested, and treated at the clinic, and she is now feeling much better.

Gloria Okusi presented to the clinic with painful passing of urine, dizziness and patches on the scalp.she was examined tested and found to have urinary tract infection , Anaemia and tinea. She was treated with antibiotics, antifungal and haematinics.she was put under observation for 3 days and discharged home on oral medication. Gloria Okusi is now feeling better and back to her normal activities. She usually helps her mother with house hold chores and both her siblings are happy and they are saying thank you helpster charity

Gloria was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection (UTI) and anemia. With prompt diagnosis and appropriate treatment, including antibiotics for the UTI and proper care for anemia, her prognosis is very good. Most uncomplicated UTIs respond well to antibiotics, and symptoms such as pain, burning, and abdominal discomfort typically resolve within a few days of starting treatment. Recurrence is possible, but preventive measures like proper hydration and hygiene can significantly reduce risk. Anemia can improve with blood transfusion and/or iron supplementation, dietary adjustments, or other supportive care.
