Adam Mustapha is a 13-year-old boy from a modest household. He is active, enjoys playing football with his friends, and helps his family with small errands after school. Adam is hardworking and hopes to become a mechanical engineer in the future so he can support his family and contribute meaningfully to society. He has generally been in good health prior to this illness, with no known chronic medical conditions or previous surgeries. Adam Mustapha, a 13-year-old male, presented with lower abdominal pain and difficulty with urination for 2 weeks. The pain was suprapubic, intermittent, and worsened during micturition. There was associated painful urination, increased urinary frequency, and intermittent passage of blood-stained urine. His parents also noticed straining at urination and poor urine stream. There was no history of fever, vomiting, or loin pain. No previous history of urinary surgery. He had been well prior to the onset of symptoms. No known drug allergies. Based on clinical assessment and imaging findings, a diagnosis of vesical calculus was made. Surgical intervention (cystolithotomy) is planned, pending approval from the Helpster Charity Foundation.

ADAM Mustapaha,a 13 year-old boy, presented with a history of Oliguria ,dysuria, accompanied by lower back pain. After thorough evaluation and investigation, he was diagnosed with Vesical calculus(bladder stone).He underwent successful Cystolithotomy surgery without immediate complications. Due to the nature of his condition, he was admitted for 3 days for close monitoring and post-operative care. Adam recovered well and was discharged home after 3 days, with a follow-up appointment scheduled for 1 week. Currently, he is doing well, has fully recovered, and has resumed his regular activities. Adam's bladder stone is Larger as shown in the x-ray and this stone can be difficult to get rid of it through the urethra without surgery.As larger bladder stones often require treatment with procedures like lithotripsy, which uses sound waves to break the stones into smaller pieces, or surgical removal.Bladder stone can easily lodge in the urethra which is the canal for urine passage causing urine retention, unbearable pain, restlessness and in extreme situation damages the entire kidneys.Prompt treatment via surgery with medication such as antibiotics,fluids and painkiller is very essential to salvage this child and significantly improve his life.
