Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Severe plasmodiasis is a life-threatening infection caused by Plasmodium falciparum, which invades red blood cells and causes high fever, chills, and systemic symptoms. Patients typically present with high-grade fever, chills, weakness, vomiting, and sometimes pallor or lethargy. Prompt treatment with intravenous antimalarials, supportive care, and monitoring is essential to prevent complications such as anemia, organ failure, or cerebral malaria.

Background
Fatima Mohd is a 9-year-old girl from a humble household. She enjoys reading storybooks, helping her mother with cooking, and playing with her younger siblings. Fatima dreams of becoming a medical doctor in the future so she can care for sick children in her community. Fatima Mohd, a 9-year-old female, presented with high-grade fever, chills, and generalized body weakness for 3 days. She also had vomiting, poor appetite, and headache. Her parents noticed she was lethargic, irritable, and less active than usual. There was no history of cough, diarrhea, or previous malaria episodes in the last month. She had been healthy prior to the onset of symptoms. No known drug allergies or previous surgeries. Diagnosis: severe plasmodiasis Management plan: treatment commenced for intravenous antimalarial therapy, supportive care including hydration and antipyretics, with close monitoring of vital signs and clinical response.
Medical history
After falling seriously ill with fever,abdominal pain and headache, Fatima struggled to keep up with school and daily life. Her family, worried and without enough money for treatment, turned to Helpster Charity for support. Thanks to Helpster Charity, she was evaluated and investigated in UMD hospital and diagnosed with Severe plasmodiasis. She was admitted and had antimalarial drugs,intravenous fluids with other supportive treatment in the hospital for 3 days. Slowly, she recovered, symptoms subsided, and she regained her strength. She was discharged home with her parents, and she can enjoy his childhood and return to school. Prognosis
Fatima is experiencing fever, loss of appetite, general body weakness, and vomiting, which has kept her out of school. She appears moderately dehydrated and very uncomfortable. Prompt treatment of acute malaria, possibly complicated by typhoid fever, is crucial to prevent serious complications. Treatment of severe Plasmodiasis have good prognosis and health status will significantly improve to enable her to return back to school for her studies.
