Abdullahi M. Daya is a 15-year-old boy who enjoys playing football with his friends and helping his father in small trades. He is curious about science and often reads about space and technology. Abdullahi dreams of becoming a surgeon in the future so he can help treat patients in his community. He has generally been healthy, with no chronic illnesses or previous surgeries. Abdullahi M. Daya, a 15-year-old male, presented with sudden onset of right lower abdominal pain for 2 days, which was sharp, constant, and worsened with movement. He also experienced nausea, vomiting, and loss of appetite. His parents noticed he was irritable, less active, and preferred to lie still. There was no history of diarrhea or urinary symptoms. He had been healthy prior to the onset of symptoms. No known drug allergies or previous surgeries. Diagnosis: Acute Appendicitis. Management plan: Surgical intervention (Emergency Appendectomy) upon approval by Helpster charity foundation.

ABDULLAHI,a 15 year-old teenager, presented with a sudden onset of right lower abdominal pain, nausea, accompanied by vomiting, fever and he became very uncomfortable for the past 24 hours After thorough evaluation and investigation, he was diagnosed with Acute appendicitis. He underwent successful Appendectomy surgery without immediate complications. Due to the nature of his condition, he was admitted for 3 days for close monitoring and post-operative care.He recovered well and was discharged home after 3 days, with a follow-up appointment scheduled for 1 week. Abdullahi condition is in acute stage but he is in severe pain, discomfort, fever, vomiting with mild dehydration and she has a great chance of survival if treatment commence in good time. Usually, acute appendicitis can be easily removed surgically and patient is discharged home within 72 hours with good post operative management with antibiotics and good pain management. However, delaying treatment can lead to a ruptured appendix, a more severe condition in which the appendix get bursts and leads to collection of pus, peritonitis, severe dehydration and sepsis which can be difficult to treat with all mechanism. An Appendectomy, or surgical removal of the appendix, is typically the recommended treatment to ensure his recovery and prevent further complications.
