Two-month-old Roza lives with her parents and elder brother in a small tin-shed rental house, where her family struggles to meet daily expenses. Despite their hardships, her parents cherish big dreams of seeing their little daughter grow up healthy, educated, and one day become a doctor. When Roza developed cough, fever, and severe breathing difficulty and was diagnosed with severe pneumonia, her parents were devastated, as they did not have enough money for proper treatment. Without urgent medical care, her condition could quickly worsen and become life-threatening for such a young baby. After learning about Helpster Charity from Dr. Major Aziz at Narayanganj Poly Clinic, where other underprivileged families had received support, they rushed to the clinic seeking help to save their precious child.

Roza 2 month -old child, had been battling recurrent respiratory tract infections for the past few months, but this time, his condition worsened as he developed severe pneumonia. Despite multiple courses of antibiotics from local pharmacies, his health continued to decline, leaving him lethargic and in a toxic state. In desperate need of emergency hospitalization, he received critical care at Narayanganj Polyclinic, including oxygen therapy, nebulization with sulbutamol, ipratropium bromide, budesonide, and injectable antibiotics, along with hydrocortisone due to the seriousness of his condition. Abdullah was admitted on 15/01/26, received treatment, and was discharged from the hospital on 20/01/26. Now, after receiving the care he needed, Roza is doing well and has returned home, bringing joy back to her family. With tears of gratitude in their eyes, his parents said, "Thank you to Helpster Donors and Narayanganj Polyclinic, we are forever grateful for your support!"

Doctors have advised immediate hospitalization with antibiotic therapy, nebulization, and other supportive treatment to control Roza’s severe pneumonia and stabilize her breathing. With timely and complete treatment, her infection can be cured, her lungs can recover properly, and she can continue to grow and develop like a healthy child. Early medical care is especially important at her young age, as infants are more vulnerable to complications. However, if left untreated, the infection could rapidly worsen, leading to severe breathing failure, spread of infection, or even life-threatening complications. Proper and uninterrupted treatment is therefore essential to save her life and protect her future health.
