Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Mariam is a ten-year-old girl who lives with her mother, who works as a laundry worker. She is the firstborn of two children. They live in a one-room apartment with their mother, as their father, a bike rider, lives with his second wife. Mariam was well until the past two weeks when she developed stomachaches, vomiting, fever, and coughing. She has also lost a lot of weight during this period. As her condition worsened, her mother rushed her to facility. Upon presentation, she was examined, investigated, and diagnosed with acute peritonitis secondary to intestinal obstruction. She requires urgent medical treatment.
Medical history
She was presented with intestinal obstruction that lead to severe complications, including bowel perforation, infection, and tissue death, upon approval , she was admitted and surgery to remove the blockage was done successfully and no complications and she is fully recovery. Now the girl and her parent are all happy to God and to Helpster
Prognosis
If left untreated, intestinal obstruction can lead to severe complications, including bowel perforation, infection, and tissue death, which can be life-threatening. Treatment typically involves hospitalization, where patients may receive intravenous fluids, nasogastric tube insertion, and, in severe cases, surgery to remove the blockage. Early medical intervention is essential to prevent serious complications and ensure a full recovery.
