Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About urology
A hydrocele is a type of swelling in the scrotum, the pouch of skin that holds the testicles. This swelling happens when fluid collects in the thin sac that surrounds a testicle.

Background
Iretonmiwa is the oldest child in his family, and he has three siblings. His mother earns a living by selling food items, but her income isn't enough to cover his medical expenses. Iretonmiwa enjoys playing and reading. He noticed a swelling in his groin about six months ago, and it's been getting larger, causing him pain and discomfort.
Medical history
Abdulgafaru was admitted for hydrocele surgery, which was successfully carried out without any complications. He stayed in the hospital until he recovered and was then discharged home. Currently, he is living a normal life without any swelling, discomfort, or pain.
Prognosis
The persistent presence of a hydrocele can cause ongoing discomfort, heaviness, or a feeling of fullness in the scrotum. Although hydroceles are not typically associated with infections, untreated ones may become prone to infections, which can result in pain and complications. Larger hydroceles can interfere with activities like walking or participating in sports due to the added weight and size of the swollen scrotum. Surgical removal of the hydrocele sac is the most effective and permanent treatment for hydrocele. It is typically performed as an outpatient procedure under local or general anesthesia. The surgeon makes a small incision in the scrotum, drains the fluid, and removes the sac.
