She dreams of helping others and aspires to a bright future, reflecting her imaginative and cheerful nature. Hasana developed a high-grade intermittent fever 4 days ago, accompanied by chills, poor appetite, general weakness, headache, and occasional vomiting. She has no cough, diarrhea, or other serious symptoms. On examination, she appeared ill and mildly anemic. Tests confirmed malaria and typhoid fever. She is currently under treatment for both infections.
