Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About emergency care
1. Right ovarian cyst slow leaking. An ovarian cyst is a fluid-filled sac that develops on or within an ovary. "Slow leaking" refers to a contained rupture or micro-perforation of the cyst wall, allowing cystic fluid to seep gradually into the peritoneal cavity rather than a sudden, dramatic spillage. 2. Sub acute appendicitis. Subacute Appendicitis is a milder form of appendiceal inflammation. It represents a "smoldering" appendicitis where the obstructive process is partial or intermittent, and the body is able to contain the inflammation, preventing the rapid progression to ischemia and perforation seen in the acute form.

Medical history
An ovarian cystectomy and Appendectomy The patient underwent an ovarian cystectomy and Appendectomy under general anesthesia. The process was successful and the patient is recovering well. Wound healing should take 3 to four weeks.
Prognosis
Slow-leaking ovarian cyst is seen as a common occurrence, however coupled with the acute appendicitis - it is causing her severe pains and at risk of rupture or torsion causing serious complications. The Prognosis is generally excellent. Small leaks often heal independently, with the fluid reabsorbed by the body. However, there is a risk of infection or internal bleeding associated with pain and complications and the child may die if left untreated Sub acute Appendicitis This is a mild but persistent inflammation that has not become a surgical emergency. To this end, we cannot ascertain when a sub acute Appendicitis becomes acute. Hence, preventive appendectomy is best way to go in order to prevent ruptured appendix.
